CG has served on the company’s executive leadership team since 2016. He brings more than 15 years of legal, compliance, business and crisis management experience in the pharmaceutical and women’s health industry. CG is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the Company as well as providing strategic business advice. He also implements and oversees the Company’s Compliance Program and risk mitigation practices.

CG served on the SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Foundation Board of Directors in St. Louis from 2014-2016. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Loyola University New Orleans and a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University.
